Each session blends mindful breathwork, functional movement, biomechanical awareness, and slow, intentional sequencing. The approach is inspired by the pillars of a style called Forrest Yoga—deep breathing, core connection, integrity, and building strength with sensitivity—while also drawing on modern movement principles and gentle flow.
